How does the programme work? – Following a personal wellness evaluation we will agree a personalised weight management programme specifically created for your needs. The programme will use Herbalife products including Formula 1.
What is Formula 1? – Formula 1 is an excellent balance of ingredients for a healthy meal. It comes in six flavours and can be mixed with milk (soy or semi-skimmed), fruit juice, stirred into your porridge or mixed with yoghurt and fresh fruit. Only 220 calories per serving. High in key vitamins and minerals to help you achieve your RDA. Contains healthy soy protein to help you feel fuller for longer. Naturally high in fibre to help support healthy digestion.
